  • An expert atty in libel law told me all pickaxe published content is solid and immune because it is true and Morrison/Lewis is a public figure making any defamation case impossible (defamation bar super high for public figures)

  • Moreover, Section 230 of the communications decency act protects publishers when users post anonymously, this is the same way that twitter is not responsible for someone else's content

Jim Lewis has recently been escalating:

  • his old life of crime in Seattle left a trail of over 30 victims and he was a "catch and release" criminal

  • I spoke with staff at Avalara and most have to renew their protection orders, install elaborate home security and most are now conceal carriers of firearms when they never were before

  • Law enforcement in Seattle acknowledge the $100,000 extortion payout by Wolters Kuwer but mention that since Jim Lewis was a young adult (they think he did this up to 7 times prior to Wolters Kuwer and Avalara)

  • Recently he has issued death threats to myself and implied towards my 12 year old son (he found my son's golf swing on instagram) ..."I don't know how long he will continue to play golf"

  • Moreover death threats to a woman in Buffalo barely 100 pounds and 5 feet tall. This woman had refused some of his "sexual" advances

  • He also sent emails to Peter Spina stating he has the location of Mr. Spina's parents (veiled death threats now up to 6 people)

  • Jim Lewis was going by some new rock star persona saying things like "bottles and models" flaunting his $200,000 per month (fleecing Jr miners) and started these "private" rooms on discord as some kind of sick social media sex room where he would flaunt his new volumes of money

  • PIXY received tips that Morrison was seen at some public events "rocking up with ladies of the night" to give him some kind of "paid entourage"

  • I've spoken to several miners who attended 2022 VRIC in Vancouver where Jim was making the rounds asking for more sponsors.

  • His ask was around 9 to 10K per month. Over two miners confirmed that when Jim Lewis/Morrison was denied he would bark back "I make $200,000 per month, You don't think I know what I'm doing"

  • Recently he has been attacking or trying to legally involve the following innocent people
